The Fenway Real Estate
The Fenway houses one of the nation’s most famous ballparks but the Red Sox aren’t the only residents. Fenway had a growth spurt of sorts between 2006 and 2012 and added several, luxury rental buildings with upscale retail and fine dining. There are several mid-rise, Harlow style buildings which are primarily comprised of smaller studio and one bedroom condos in addition to some smaller rehab projects which brought some larger two-three bedroom condos to market as well. Fenway sits in between Back Bay, Brookline and the South End and is also home to several of Boston’s college students given that Northeastern and Boston University sit on opposite sides of the neighborhood.
