I will meet with you in your home to review what needs to be done in order to showcase your home in its best possible light. You will need to maintain perfect condition throughout the entire marketing and selling process as showings can be scheduled at any time. Curb Appeal: Whether you own a single family or a condo, the exterior of your home is the first thing and last thing all potential buyers will see. Making sure the outside of the property is well maintained, is critical. You may need to invest in some landscaping and/or painting.
